Professional Compact Housing Made of Aluminum with Vacuum and Leak Detection

The Nauticam NA-CV1 safely encloses the powerful Canon PowerShot V1 underwater – ideal for creators who want to make use of high-quality 4K video and Dual Pixel AF. The housing is CNC machined from a solid aluminum block, hard anodized for corrosion resistance, and depth-rated to 100m. Ergonomic grip support and a two-stage shutter lever ensure precise control.

The Nauticam NA-CV1 Housing

The NA-CV1 is the latest development in a line of advanced underwater housings for high-performance compact cameras supported by Nauticam. Many features originally reserved for professional DSLR systems are now built into this compact unit. The result is a housing that allows users to fully harness the power of the Canon PowerShot V1 underwater.

All the core features and ergonomic improvements that Nauticam users know and love are found in the NA-CV1. It is milled from solid aluminum and hard anodized for maximum durability. The housing uses a secure rotary latch and is ergonomically shaped to fit comfortably in the palm. Nauticam’s two-stage shutter lever offers tactile differentiation between half-press and full-press.

The Nauticam vacuum and leak detection system is installed as standard. It gives both audible and visual warnings in the event of water ingress. In combination with the optional M16 Vacuum Valve II (25625), the housing’s integrity can be tested before and monitored throughout every dive.

The N50 Port System

The NA-CV1 comes standard with the N50 3.5? acrylic dome port, supporting the camera’s full 16–50mm zoom range. For more versatility, additional ports from the N50 system are available. Pairing the optional N50 Short Port 25 (38703) with the WWL-C (83203) allows a stunning wide angle field of view from 130° to 71° – perfect for reefscapes and wide underwater scenes.
