The Nauticam MFO-3 (Mid-range Focus Optimizer) is a sophisticated optical correction lens attachment designed specifically for underwater macro photography. It improves the autofocus performance of modern mirrorless and DSLR cameras when shooting at close range. Especially with fluorescent subjects or UV photography under difficult lighting conditions, it reduces focus “pumping” and ensures razor-sharp results.

The MFO-3 is ideal for macro lenses in the 60 mm to 105 mm range and enables more precise focusing in the mid-range (approximately 5–25 cm).
