Description

An underwater ring light with white, blue (UV) and red light and ring flash / strobe function!

Perfect for super macro shots and videos. The Weefine Ring Light 3000 v2 is compatible with any underwater housing or port with an M67 thread. For smaller threads, such as the Olympus PT-0xx housings (M52 thread), please use a step-up ring 52-67, see: “Accessories”.

The maximum continuous light output is 1800 lumens.
In ring flash mode, it is max. 3000 lumens.

The Weefine underwater LED ring flash is best suited for super macro shots or subjects where the working distance makes it difficult to bring external flash units or lights close enough to the subject. The ring light improves these pictures and videos by providing even illumination and softer shadows.

The ring light delivers 1800 lumens (continuous) with 4 different power levels (100%, 75%, 50% and 25%) and 3000 lumens in flash/strobe mode (an optional optical cable is required for flash operation).

The Ring Light 3000 can be easily mounted on any 67mm port or adapter. The light duration at maximum power is approximately 45 minutes. Power is supplied by a 26650 battery. This is already included in the package and comes with a small and easy-to-use charger.

In addition to white light, the Ring Light 3000 v2 also has red and UV settings, making it a very versatile device for perfect macro shots!

The device can be placed anywhere thanks to a “friction clutch” to the thread. This means that the battery area, where the control buttons are also located, can be rotated freely.

Tip: Use the red or UV light for the initial light when flashing. This is because most underwater animals react little or not at all to this spectrum. This means that even the extremely light-shy mandarin fish will stay close by. The white light can then be used for flashing. The UW ring flash then literally switches off the red light at lightning speed for the shot and flashes with the white light.
