With this YS quick-release system, the strobe can be detached from the arm in seconds and held in the hand. This allows positions to be reached that are not possible with the flash arm. The device can also be quickly removed at the end of the Quick-Relase when not in use or if the light is to be operated by a diving partner for a short time.
