AOI UCL-05L underwater +6 Close-up lens (macro lens)

The AOI UCL-05L is a high-quality wet macro lens with +6 diopters. It enlarges the subject and allows the camera to focus at short distances, resulting in sharp, detailed and impressive images. It is perfect for close-ups of tiny creatures, fish, corals, textures and more.

The close-up lens is mounted on the port connection of the housing and can be installed and removed during the dive. It can be mounted directly on 67 mm threaded ports and other dimensions using an adapter.

High optical performance
The UCL-05L is a super-sharp underwater macro lens composed of high-quality AR (anti-reflective) multi-layered precision optical elements (4 elements organized in 3 groups). The images taken with the lens are detailed and extremely sharp at the corners. Professionally developed elements eliminate chromatic aberrations and the AR coating on all glass elements helps to avoid unwanted reflections from the sun or artificial light sources.

Durable construction
The lens barrel is made of a durable aluminum alloy with a black hard coating. This coating protects the outside of the lens and protects it from scratches and damage. During development, the lens was thoroughly tested under extreme conditions (depth, temperature, salinity and radiation) to ensure durability and longevity.

Universal compatibility
The lens has a 67 mm threaded mount that is compatible with most housings available on the market today. Perfect for use with compact or mirrorless housings. The base of the mount features a slim design that allows the lens to be used with most lens mounts, adapters, bayonet converters, flip mounts and quick release adapters.

Stack & Improve
A 67 mm thread on the front makes it possible to use additional macro lenses and/or color correction filters on the lens in series (stacking).

Accessory package
The lens comes with a safety strap and a quick release safety buckle to ensure that the lens is securely attached to the system even when removed from the lens mount of the housing. The Velcro strap allows the lens to be fitted and removed without removing it from the housing system. Non-corrosive front and rear caps are included. A padded carry bag allows for safe storage and transportation.
